Account locked while adding new credit card

Hi @DarkKnight …

I was trying to add a new credit card on my account and it got instantly locked. Can you please help me. My profile code is PQDHRF.
I’ve also raisea ticket with number 836649.

My account is fully verified with credit card, Identity and phone number and still I’ve been facing some issues in purchases.
