I am unable to reset my password on ym gameflip account. I did not remember my user name and did the forgot username and I got it but now when I choose to send email or text it does not go through. I click it and it does a circle but does not go through with the process. I need this so I can comment on items. I have not logged in a few months but I dont think that should matter please help me.

Hello, I signed up to gameflip yesterday on pc, I added some fund to my wallet. I then tried to log onto gameflip via the phone app but forgot password. I been trying to reset password since yesterday but no reset has been sent to my phone. Please help
