Could you check your subscription page and reply back to this thread?

  • If your subscription is active, please take a full screenshot and post it here. Also, take a screenshot of any “edit listing” screen so we can see your discount is not being applied.
  • If your subscription is inactive, then your discount is not meant to be applied.

The charge on March 22nd should cover a 30 day billing cycle, so you should be able to reactivate it for free until April 21st.

Please reactivate your subscription to get the commission discounts.

Does my account will be charge twice if i reenable renewal gold subscription?
