My gameflip club not working properly

Hello,

Currently my account under gameflip club subscription. Im having a problem with my subscripton like just a moment ago the subcription is automically renew and the update does deduct my gameflip balance. But why the sales cape showed that i have already use all my sales cape otherwise the purchase is just a moment ago and i dont use any of my sales cape yet. Is the any solution for my issue ?

Hi,

In my case I pay the renewal fee on the 21st of each month but the Subscription doesn’t renew/enter its next monthly cycle until the 24th of each month. You shouldn’t see reductions in fees paid until 3 days after you pay the fee. Here is an example of what I’m speaking of (this can be found in the Subscriptions tab of the browser):
