Account suspended - no response from Gameflip

Hi, I’ve been selling on Gameflip since August, and recently i was suspended for unknown reasons, I wrote a ticket to Gameflip support, but it has been two days and I’ve still not received any response from them, I am now very worried as I had $300 in my account and I can’t cash it out. Please look into the matter.

What is the reason for suspension?

Your account was suspended again since you were offering deals outside Gameflip.
Since it is the second time (you were warned the first time), the suspension is permanent.
