Add PayPal back as a withdrawal method

PayPal is the best for me and I was going to try Skrill or Payoneer until I saw their horrible majority 1 star reviews on the App Store. I don’t see why PayPal was removed, I never had any issues with them.

Yeah not happy losing PayPal… especially being able to pay with it. Now I’m losing more money since I have to transfer my PayPal funds to my bank account which cost 1% instead of using it directly here. Makes me lose an extra 4$ every 400$ purchase I make from you. In a year that’s almost 50$ gone…

yeah i have people buying stuff from me, sending USD to my Paypal. But my bank must always convert USD to CAD, and then I have to convert again from CAD to USD to add gameflip funds. My bank has a terrible conversion rate for this.
