Title basically. Someone on Reddit is complaining about wanting to withdraw their $500 that they purchased in added funds. I told they cannot and linked a Gameflip FAQ article that said added funds are nonrefundable and added funds cannot be withdrawn from your balance once it has been added to your account.
But another Reddit user said that’s false and told them to contact customer support. So, am just confused on who’s right.
Correct, added funds cannot be withdrawn. They don’t want people to use their credit cards as an ATM
