I recently cancelled a pending add fund as i was required for a document review but now approved.
Now i wanted to add another fund but when i select paypal i am thrown with this error
“Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
<Return to Merchant>”
Can you please help me resolve this issue?

I got this PayPal problem a while back when creating a new PayPal account. This is the issue with PayPal, and you can solve it by adding/linking your bank with PayPal.

have tried adding and removing my bank in paypal but still did not work.
But when i tried to add funds via GameFlip mobile app, it worked!
