I had a seller giving me the run around on a cheap purchase, who replied once in the middle of the night and was unresponsive for days. I gave them notice I would be canceling the transaction if they did not at least reply with a delivery window. See the conversation on order# 317079da-d0a7-40bc-8be9-e3ac63615ec7
This was the only bad experience I have had in all my transactions since joining. After this happened, I found my latest transaction to be under review after everything seemed previously sorted out See order # 5fe8c985-ccec-4db7-babd-5a3f61810e53.
I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong and buyers should not be penalized for holding bad sellers accountable if they cannot provide delivery in the agreed time window and do not respond to repeated requests for an update.
It is really unfortunate we can’t leave bad reviews when this situation happens, since it allows bad sellers like that to continue their behavior without consequences.
