I have been waiting for 7 days for a solution on my ticket. I have provided screenshots, links and how it happened. But i always get max 1 answer, every 24 hours. It hasnt been any progress at all, i have not been given information atleast.
Im generally pretty patient, but after a week i atleast want to know how its going.

Something sold, I sent the item, then it got cancelled because I took too long to send the item (sent it within the hour actually)
