BTC cashout and wrong BTC price

I made a BTC cashout request today & when I received the funds now I got $67.69 less than I expected and when I looked at the BTC price when the funds send it shows the wrong price (1 BTC = 69591.65 USD).

BTC higher price for today is 63000~
