So, i saw some ppl creating budles in the “Fortnite PS4” section with the title “Rocket League Keys”. Is that legal?

Listings should be in their relevant categories. Those sellers are probably posting in Fortnite to take advantage of the 0% fee Fortnite promotion, because the Rocket League 0% fee promotion ended. This is fraud, and if you see those listings please click on Report so moderators can remove those listings.
