The buyer opened the dispute but does not go to the contact. I ask what the problem is, he does not respond. Will this dispute close automatically after a while?
If you’ve delivered the item as described to the buyer and he still opened a dispute, make sure to get in contact with support. Give them as much evidence as you can along with your Order ID and Invite code. It may take several days for them to get back to you so just be patient, thanks.
