Hello dear flippers. Buyer bought from me Nvidia Counterattack set. After few minutes he wrote about non working code. I have not possibility to check time of redeem this code because of very slow answer from Nvidia support. And I after 6-7 hours I gave replacement. I knew code is working. I waited a long time for answer from customer. Finally buyer said “bro, code was used, give me refund or new code”. That time, I did not trust this buyer and I sent a ticket to Nvidia support about time of redeem second code. I waited 2 days and finally I received answer - code was redeemed after I send it to my buyer.
Dispute was escalated by buyer.
I ask support to take a look this case and solve this problem

Dispute was open 15 june and I can’t still escalate it (order e48dbbb2-2525-478c-9e6b-6c7543a8e03f). Why I can’t escalate dispute? Buyer didn’t give me any reply, he ignores me.
Only the buyer can escalate the dispute. After you send your proof of acquisition and that the codes are in good standing, then you just wait. If the buyer doesn’t escalate the dispute it will end normally like any sales would when the clock runs out.
The message you will receive when the timer gets to 00:00:00 is something like “Since the buyer didn’t escalate the dispute we presume the issue has been solved.” .

So, Why I can’t escalate dispute? I am buyer and I do not see button of escalation. Left 1,5 day and I still can’t escalate
Read the dispute page. What does the red letters say on said page? Perhaps something like “the seller has to provide proofs or the sale will be cancelled”? If that’s the case, then there is your reason: you are not able to escalate because the burden of the proof now lies with the seller and if the seller doesn’t provide the evidence the purchase will just be cancelled
