This guys bought 5 code walmart balance 20$/card from my store (2HJ447) . After that he said “I try to use 4 of card don’t have balance only last one have 20” I checked with walmart about the giftcards in 5 transaction.
All the card bought by this buyer , from me, was use at same store, same location, and at the same time.
The buyer claim he/she only be able to redeem only 1 code in all 5 codes, and other 4 codes is 0$
As far as i see this is not normal. would you be able to help this case? .
