Can we resell any game items on gameflip? For example buying for cheap from a seller and selling for a bit more on our own store? Or is it against TOS

There is no problem in reselling.
Once the item is purchased by someone it is theirs to keep and do whatever they like with it.
So if you decide to resell an item that was just bought, there is no problem, as long as the order for the item is complete.

As long as you are sure that the code is still working after it was purchased (not redeemed).
