The forum accounts are separate from Gameflip, so support can’t identify you unless you give your invite code (from your Gameflip profile page). To private message someone, you first need to browse the forum for a few minutes for the anti-spam to unlock your account, then click on someone’s avatar to see the “Message” button.
For example, you wanted to PM Joker, then go to their profile:

and click on the “Message” button on the top right.
