How long should I wait before canceling an item someone has bought but they haven’t gotten back to me since they ordered it.
i would say before the delivery time runs out just cancel there order
I usually give half the delivery timer. For me I always promise 24 hours max delivery time, so if in 12 hours they dont respond I cancel. Most times they buy it again when they’re ready
