Can't confirm my 5,59 USD payout

I tried out the site because i’m saving up for a new PC so I wanted to cash out some skins. It’s been a while since I sold those skins because my paypal was not set up properly, now that it is properly set up, I want to withdraw my money. After I select the paypal account the “confirm payout” button stays grey so I can’t withdraw my money. I wan’t my money withdrawn to my paypal ASAP.
