Categories not showing up/working

So at first when I go to select what categories I want to see in the Browsing Preferences setting, Xbox One stopped working. Even if I selected just that one, it wouldn’t do it.

For about a week or two now, NONE of the categories work. I use to have just Xbox Series/Switch/Steam selected, but now it just shows all the gaming listing together. There is no way to fix it. The only way I can see different gaming categories is if I click the search in the top right and change it to the category I want to browser.

My app and phone are fully updated. App info says version 3.9. I have a Galaxy S21. Android version 14. One UI version 6.1

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It does the exact same thing on my tablet as well. It’s almost like my account is broke, it’s so weird.
