My buyer left me a negative feedback because he didnt understand something, I still did what I did by giving him some stuff for free and he wants to change
how can it be done please
Your probably stuck with it,I have a bad review from almost a year ago because of the same thing,he didn’t understand how to use gameflip,and it hasn’t been removed
If the buyer is willing to change it then the review can probably be removed
Just provide the order number here and screenshot of him saying he made a mistake and wants to change it
