Hello today I logged into steam and got a message that my Cuphead key was revoked and has been removed from my account due to payment method used by a third party. Is there any way I can get a refund

Yes you can do something being it was revoked
You need too Submit a ticket
Make sure to give all the evidence you have showing it was revoked by sending screenshot and giving the order number and your invite code and anything you think that will help
The more and better the evidence the better it will help the staff
