Make sure that the promotion was still active when your purchased the item, and check that the promotion was for the category of item that you bought.

When I did the transaction the banner of $3 promotion was there, but after I finished the transaction it’s disappear. I could not take the screenshot since the banner is disappear already, how do I check and prove it then?

I have verified your order and can see that only a coupon code was applied at the time of purchase.
So at the time that you ordered, the promotion that you informed had already finished or the total amount of promotions we had was depleted by the Gameflip community.
