I was wondering if I’m required to send out the document verification to GameFlip to complete my order for in game items. I do not feel comfortable giving out my information. I just wanna know if I have to wait for the transaction to go through. (or cancel it)

You have to send documents for verification otherwise your order will be canceled. You can submit a ticket here
Once the system requests for verification, it’s unlikely you can make any additional transaction. You can cancel it, but future transactions will be held for verification again.

Also, verifying your documents will only happen once and will reduce the chances of your transaction being held.
