I have been using this account for years.I just got this error message.It is spamming notifications.I tried to confirm my e-mail and it worked but then the same error popped up again.Please help!

I got the exact same but i wasnt even doing anything with my account today! So I assume its an error in their system?

I believe Gameflip will require email confirmation if it cannot send email (email bounced). For example, notification of sales/purchases to your email address got bounced a couple times, then your email address would be marked for confirmation.
I think Google recently got some outage, so it may affect some email deliveries, but this is my guess only.
