Fraustating seller need help

Hi I have problem with seller:

I order a 100$ amazon gift card from the seller on May 9th, but today I find that amazon holding my 100$ balance when I contact support they send me this email please help me with this matter I attach all proofs:

Did you contact the seller directly through messages in your listing? You can also find him on the forum if you search around.
