Dear Gameflip Support Team,
I am requesting the removal of an unfair rating left by a buyer on my profile.

The rating is unjustified as the buyer claims they didn’t receive any messages from me, despite my multiple attempts to contact them through the purchase chat in Gameflip and receiving no response, i even went as far as to send msgs through Roblox chat, which I can provide evidence of.
Per Gameflip’s rules, I canceled the order after the 24-hour delivery time frame passed due to the buyer’s lack of response & buyer wasn’t happy with the cancellation and rather than placing a new order, left me a bad review and rating. Buyer also mentioned buyers working hours and timings being off which is no excuse to leave a bad review as there is time differences and is not a lack of my services, buyer also mentions I did not communicate at all which can be proven wrong by my messages sent. If there was a lack of communication from my part or any such, I wouldn’t be requesting here for the removal.
This is just an unfair and unreasonable review that causes damage. I also cancel orders instantly once 24hour delivery time frame passes but to this certain buyer, I gave more like and waited for a response before cancelling on 2nd day due to none stop warning msgs from Gameflip reminders.
I have over 3000 good ratings and no bad ratings. That should be evidence for that I do no leave buyers ignored and with no communication. If buyer didn’t receive my msgs, then it’s a Gameflip issue not sending notifications properly which has already happened once.
This negative rating unfairly damages my seller reputation and can significantly harm my sales by discouraging potential buyers from trusting my listings. I strive to maintain a professional and reliable presence on your platform and kindly ask for your review of this matter and removal of the unfair rating.
