Getting the message "We were unable to find a match" when inviting buyers

Hi there - I’ve been getting the message “We were unable to find a match” Check the gamertag and try again when inviting buyers for the past few trades. How can I fix this? I’ve checked multiple times with buyers and they’ve even invited me and gotten the same message a few times.

Sound like it’s the game issue or console issuse or it maybe a NAT issuse.
Try having someone invite both you to the same party and see if that helps.

What platform are you talking about?

Xbox live was having service issues. It’s working now.
