Have bought an item that is not being given to me and I can't seem to find where you cancel the purchase

Hi, about 24 hours ago I bought some items for rocket league but they havent been shipped, i saw that you could cancel if the seller doesn’t ship it in time but I have not seen that option.
If anyone has an idea that would help I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance
