Cancellation due to not shipping in time but buyer would not message back


Someone recently bought an in-game Rocket League item from me, but cancelled the item for not shipping in time. I messaged the buyer multiple times and he didn’t respond. Now I’ve received a bad review because the item was not shipped in time and the buyer wasted my time. Is there anyway to resolve this? It’s harsh that I’d get a bad review when the buyer didn’t bother to reply to me.
