If a buyer asks me to cancel an item, with no reason, should I cancel? Does this affect me, as a seller, in any way?

IF you havent sent any item to him, you can cancel trade.

When the seller cancels, the buyer can still rate the seller. Just make sure (in message) that the buyer asks to cancel and that he doesn’t rate you.

Of course, don’t do this unless you haven’t sent him the item.

Hi - I canceled it. Then the buyer, gave me a poor review, even though he asked me to cancel. Is there anyway I can report this?

Create a ticket and give them your order number. They can look at your conversation (messaging) between you and the buyer, and if the evidence shows that the buyer agreed, they can help you fixing your rep score.
