I bought an item that was not delivered within the amount of time allotted. Seller stopped responding to messages. I now have the option to cancel the order, but want to know if the seller will be able to rate me negatively if I choose to cancel.
No, but I think you can rate him bad if he hasn’t delivered in time and you cancel the order.
