Haven’t been refunded

So I bought an item on the 5th and later cancelled the order after the seller blatantly ignored me and didnt give me what I bought. Therefore, I cancelled the order, but because I had previously bought from the seller and knew it was trusted, I decided to buy the same item again under the thought that perhaps the seller just didn’t receive my message or something like that. This time seller messages me and provides my item. But the item that I cancelled and supposedly got a refund for, the refund was not done. Also the initial charge of the item is still there.
