My account was locked for having too many declined cards (I use visa giftcards to buy stuff) and I was wondering how could I unlock it so I can continue to use it.

Don’t worry, yes you can but You have to submit a ticket to Gameflip Team And tell them to unblock you and next time don’t use so many visa cards or master cards it going to prem banned your account!
