Hey, I verified my identity already and it’s still asking for payment verification even though I used “Affirm” via Google Pay Mobile. The website tells me my documents are accepted for verification. However, I’m still being asked for payment verification. There’s nowhere to verify affirm payments and support has not emailed me back after creating a trouble ticket with the information I did have through my affirm app with no reply. Then my order canceled. Now I placed an order again and I am in the similar situation where I cannot get any support to help rectify my issue for verifying a payment I can’t verify. Can someone please help that works there? It’s been 24 hours

Hi @DarkKnight appreciate it if you could help look into my account where the buyer left a false rating, i opened a ticket but its been a couple of days and its still not resolved. The buyer also admitted to giving a false rating, much appreciated.
