I am so sorry.I missed the minimum amount (100 USD) for payout.
(https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/229859528-How-to-withdraw-to-Bitcoin-)I get it wrong from the link as it says:
‘‘Withdrawal Bitcoin requests are available for amounts greater than $1 USD. For withdrawal requests of $10 and under, the fee is $1 USD, and for withdrawal requests over $10 the fee is 1%. Fees are subjected to change without notice.’’

The link doesn’t say that.

It clearly states the following:

Withdrawal Bitcoin requests are available for amounts greater than $100 USD.

$0.00 to $99.99 Not available
$100.00 and above 1% + $2 USD

I think you misread.
