I got scammed on gameflip

I got scammed by the buyer for 14,47. I sold my keys on rocketleague when i traded them the buyer cancelled the payment and my keys where gone i have photo’s. Already sent a support ticket 7 days ago still no reaction. Can i get my keys back or get the payment?
