If I buy something from a seller and he doesn’t answer within the 3 day time period what happens to my money?
I just wrote this on another topic but it applies for yours as well 
Go to purchases and see how much time there is left for him to deliver, after that time passes you should he able to cancel it on your end if the seller still fails to get into contract with you by then (possible there’s another 12 hours grace period after that clock runs down) but regardless you will be able to cancel it
The shipping time can be anywhere from 1-3 days depending on what the seller set it to.
