It has been in transit since may 8 so it has been over a week and I haven’t received it yet so admins can you help me with this issue

I used TransferWise to transfer it into a mastercard

Did your check your email and accept the payment ?

Did you also add your bank account to your transferwise account and make it your primary account to receive? (you find this on the recipients tab)

Yeah I noticed with transferwise you have to go to your email and accept the payment and fill in your info before you will receive it.
