I urgently need help

Hey, my account was last week banned after a user kept buying a listing from me which went to “review” status so I thought it was some type of glitch because I kept only getting warnings when that user bought it, the exact same listings were purchased by other users and confirmed without problems.

Now it says my account is banned for selling forbidden Giftcards and I don’t even know what card caused this problem in first place. I am selling for years on Gameflip with great reviews so I would not do anything intentionally against the TOS.

So can someone please reactivate my account and explain me what I did wrong so I can avoid it after I start selling again?

I only know the account username and not the email since I am just logging in over the same browser for years.

I have been selling on Gameflip for years and provided a great service and no it seems like nobody from the support is even trying to help in any shape or form…

How many days has it been after you contacted support? It usually takes a few working days but it is the holidays so might be longer.

On forums, it would be @DarkKnight and @MajorTom that are active staff helping. You could provide the ticket ID that you got from creating the request at support in the post then wait for a reply from support or the two staff mentioned above.
