Every transaction I’ve made since joining has been put in review for a very long time. I opened multiple tickets, but no one has ever responded. I became so frustrated, I took it upon myself to verify my identity. This was approved quickly, but the transaction reviews did not stop. I attempted to verify my primary payment method, but GameFlip rejected it because physical Apple Cards do not have a card number.
I switched to my other card, went through the verification process, uploaded all photos and this was left in pending state. My next transaction, also flagged and this time they want me to verify a code sent as part of the payment transaction. I read the instructions carefully and confirmed that there was no code in the transaction details anywhere. I called my card provider and they also confirmed it only says Gameflip.
I opened a new ticket and attached a screenshot as proof of the transaction (request 930840). Since I have never received a response from any of my previous tickets, I’ve come here as a last resort.
I’ve never seen anything like this. If this doesn’t resolve my issue with transaction reviews or if I lose this item I legitimately purchased because of GameFlip’s failure to respond in the timeframe they gave me after I went above and beyond to prove I am a legit user, I will be deleting my account and sharing this extremely negative experience.
If I didn’t see mods like @DarkKnight on here being highly responsive and helpful with addressing people’s problems, I’d already be gone.
