New category In submitting ticket for general purposes/ questions

I recently just submitted a ticket for this but ill also add it in here to see if anyone else feels the same.

There should be a new category when contacting Gameflip when you want to submit a ticket.
Currently its then < contact support>
"Please choose an appropriate category when submitting your ticket."
Currently the only choices are,

  1. My purchases
  2. My listings
  3. My Account
  4. Technical Issues

What if we are not having any issues but have a general question to ask Gameflip or even a suggestion?
I know not everyone has a forum account to ask questions here.
And im sure it would make it a lot easier to cipher through whats really an issue and what is a general question which isnt in a rush to be answered.

I think this would save a lot of time and effort for team member of gameflip to have as an essential function. Hope this helps. ( my current ticket is in my account i believe. Closest appropriate category)
