So today i sold a Butterfly Knife for 60$ on Gameflip. I think the buyer got my item but i didn’t receive the payment yet (sold it 5 hours ago). It just says “in progress (processing)”.
The payment system always worked fine for me, except for this time.
Any suggestions? I already sent a ticket to the Support.
This actually doesn’t mean that your item has sold. This means that we are investigating the payment and Buyer to make sure everything is good before we push the purchase through. Please note that this process can take up to 48hrs, and if we deem that the transaction isn’t safe, it will be canceled and the item automatically re-listed onto the marketplace.
