Hello I’m new here and was trying to make a purchase for the second time but it will not let me use my card. It keeps wanting me to add funds than wants to charge a fee for doing that. Can you please help me so I am able to pay with other methods again. Also why am I not able to direct message a moderator for help? It says it’s not available for me. This kind of thing makes me extremely wary about using this service.
If you browse the forum as a newly registered user for 15+ minutes, you’ll unlock the private message feature (Basic User badge). Then go to the moderator’s profile and click on the orange “Message” button.
