problem Bill Phone verification

The telephone bill belongs to my mother. then the bill phone reflects the name and number or line that it occupies and not the number that I currently occupy. The bill does not reflect the 3 lines that she currently has contracted, only reflects her line or personal number.

What can I send for you to validate the phone bill and can confirm a purchase that I have retained right now?

I have all the other valid documents, just need to validate the mobile phone bill.
