I made a purchase and the seller canceled on December 2nd and so far I have not had a refund !!

Gameflip Support seems to be non-existent. I have filed a dispute with my CC company due to lack of response from GameFlip.

hey @Versallesz, I just got assistance with this from @MajorTom and had my transaction reverse for Assassins Creed Valhalla (from seller Xbox Game Store). The seller appears to have been banned from GameFlip. Hopefully he can have your issue looked into as well. good luck!
