I purchased an Xbox Live Gold yesterday and even though both my credit card AND identity application were approved, the purchase is still under review. I cannot provide my phone bill because it is under my dad’s name because he pays for my phone. However, I’m an adult as approved by my ID application. What should I do? Can you fix this please? Thanks.

I only had one of my order go under review and the next day it want thought. Just because someone had a id or phone or credit card approved dont mean it wont never go under review. It make it unlucky it would go under review but still could go under review.
