Questions about the PC version of the site

  1. Why are all orders written in capital letters? It looks different in the app
  2. Why is it that when I sell items and a buyer leaves comments, I cant open his profile? I didnt make a discount and received spam. I can only block in the app
  3. Why is it that when I block a user, he can message me?

The application has become much more convenient over time, but large sellers ALWAYS use PC. There were no such problems before. I could go to the profile by comment, there were no problems with the case of letters

Now I will answer each question accordingly:

  1. Please keep in mind that there could be differences between Web and Mobile applications. Currently all listing titles on web are uppercase.
  2. Could you please provide me more information regarding this and what screen you are trying to access the profile from?
  3. Currently, the block function does the following:
  • That person can no longer comment on your listings;
  • That person can no longer buy your listing.

There is no way to block a user in the chat, but I will take this to the team and see what can be done for future updates.

  1. Yes, i understand. When I make a list of items, it’s hard to keep track of where you made a mistake with capital and small letters. It looks ugly for the buyer and inconvenient for the seller. A unified standard is needed.
  2. I cant send a screenshot now, there are no comments. I can see the username, but I cant access his profile from a PC. Previously, you could click on the nickname. If you tell me how to do this, I’ll be grateful.

@DarkKnight can you plz help me i spent over 150$ on the site mobile version and its asking for payment verification but there is nothing to verify and i did pay w apple pay plz and thank you itd be appreciated

If you were requested the payment method verification and you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, please follow the steps below:

First you need to add your credit/debit card to your account:

Settings > Payment > Payment Methods > Credit Card > Add new card.

Once you have added the card, please verify your card by clicking on Gameflip | Buy & Sell Games, Gift Cards & More - Gameflip and sending the following photos:

PAYMENT VERIFICATION:

  • 1 photo: a selfie of you holding your credit/debit card, showing only the last 4 digits and your name on it;
  • 2 photos: two close-up pictures of the card (front and back), showing only the last 4 digits and your name on it.
