Rating Removal { Poor }

Would like to get a negative rating remove from buyer who don’t understand English/unprofessional buyer that had bought UC Reload from me. The item send to him in between 1hour after purchase. After few days later he gv me poor rating without saying a word just bcoz of poor English communication. After check again he only gv good rating to his fellow country seller that can speak his own tongue language :disappointed_relieved:. Kindly check and gt the poor rating removed… Thank you in advance

After check (Poor) rating still exist. :cry: Already 1day plus still there…System problem or still need to wait? SORRY for that… See screenshot as attached.
