Received a code that was already redeemed. Case still open 20 days later.

As the title states I received a code that had been already redeemed. The seller confirmed that he sent a bad code in our messages. I opened a case and submitted my screenshots but I haven’t heard anything back. It has been 20 days since the purchase was made. The case was opened immediately.

What do I do now?

As of now all moderators are taking a weekend break. Don’t expect a response until Monday
